I must assume...: YOU have the CONDITIONS listed. The head & face are rich with blood vessels. Blood vessels under the skin are the most visible. Many blood vessels dilate during physical activity. In some people (there's an inherited disposition) the face may become noticeable red, especially in those with fair skin. The skin of the nose has fewer vessels than the rest of the face & appears relatively pale.

Rosacea?: This is likely from rosacea an inflammatory skin condition worsened by increase in body core temperature and especially noticeable among people with light skin.
