Not conclusive yet: I searched for published evidence linking Isotretinoin to diabetes but the closest I could find is http://care.diabetesjournals.org/content/32/8/e99.extract. You can find more at http://www.drugs.com/sfx/accutane-side-effects.html. Bottom line: there's no free lunch. All medications have potential side effects. You need to chat w/doc to determine if desired benefits exceed possible downside.
