Hi, why would one become dry during intercourse when wet initially? i am on visanne for endometriosis and accutane-could this be the cause?

Accutane: Accutane will make you dry. Dose? Duration? The higher the dose, the more you will be dry. A week after you finish it you will approach normal lubrication. Meanwhile, use vaseline or Aquaphor or other lubricant.
