Probably not.: One tablet, capsule or spoonful of any vitamin supplement is very unlikely to do any harm to anything except perhaps your bank account. Healthy people who eat a nutritious, varied diet seldom need supplements. But, if this makes you feel good, I'd say "No harm, no foul." Best wishes to you.
