Drug interactions: Combining the two drugs may cause additive side effects of dizziness and difficulty concentrating. Please check with prescribing doctor who knows your medical history and diagnosis. Also review your feeling "wired" on Lexapro (escitalopram) and ask what to do. Be sure doc knows all meds you take.
