I take 10mg lexapro (escitalopram) going up to 15mg i have been taking the 10mg at 3 am i want to start taking it at 10pm do i need to skip a dose to do this?

No need to skip: One of the most important aspects of any medication is how to go about taking it. One 10mg (or 15 or 20mg) tablet once a day. In your case you can take one day 3:00pm 10mg and next day 15mg at 10 pm. For more information talk to your prescribing physician.
