Talk to doctor: Withdrawing from antidepressants should be done slowly so there are no withdrawal symptoms. Everyone one is different, depends on what med, how long you've taken, what other meds you're on, etc. Stopping an antidepressant requires medical supervision. Your prescribing doc is the best one to advise. Hope this helps.
