Mom's attention: Basically, breast feed the baby 6 months to a year and follow any special feeding instructions the doctor gives. Get baby all recommended vaccinations and keep away from people with infectious illnesses. Get baby rest and walk with baby in a carrier that keeps baby close to your body but so baby can see the world around but feel safe. Always listen to your instinct as a mother. Keep up well visits
