A member asked:

24/7 dizzy, no pain, sometimes get big pulls. what could it be? ent said there wasn't anything wrong and said it could be migraine?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dizziness: Your symptoms are nonspecific but I doubt migraine is the problem. Dizziness can be caused by inner ear disorder, low blood pressure, too slow a heart rate, anemia for example. I recommend that you see your primary care physician who will take a thorough history and examine you; appropriate tests will be ordered in order to make a diagnosis. Perhaps a referral to a neurologist will be made as needed.
