Dizziness: Your symptoms are nonspecific but I doubt migraine is the problem. Dizziness can be caused by inner ear disorder,low blood pressure,too slow a heart rate,anemia for example. I recommend that you see your primary care physician who will take a thorough history and examine you; appropriate tests will be ordered in order to make a diagnosis. Perhaps a referral to a neurologist will be made as needed.
