In the last couple days i have been getting spells where i feel dizzy, off balance, spinning sensation. i get migraines but this isn't a migraine.?

Many causes: Many things can cause dizziness. Some people will try antivert, (meclizine) an over the counter med for vertigo, increase fluid intake and if it does not resolve see your family doctor. If you have history of high blood pressure or other medical issues you should probably see your doctor soon.
