Good for bone health: your level is good for bone health, however it indicates that you're still not getting enough of vitamin D, make sure you are not taking some other medications regularly that would lower vit D levels, you don't need to eat sea food to get enough supplement of vit D, brief sun exposure everyday would suffice or any daily multivitamin that contains 400 IU of vit D would be enough, take care
