Hello doc question for you my doctor office tested me positive for trich but tested my husband negative and he has been faithful to me is there any other way i could have gotten this?

"Trich" or: Trichomoniasis, is a common sexually transmitted infection (STI) that affects both females and males, but symptoms are more common in females. Trich can’t be diagnosed based on symptoms alone (keep in mind that many people don’t have any symptoms). The usual test is sometimes not accurate. Recently, DNA tests have become available that are much more reliable,
