I've got really sore gums on the right side of my mouth and it's giving me sore glands on the right side as well what could this be?

Infection: The sore gums may be due to an infection/abscess related to a tooth related problem or a possible gum/periodontal problem. If the infection/abscess is severe enough, you may have swollen lymph nodes on the same side. You need to see your dentist ASAP for diagnosis and the appropriate treatment.

See a dentist ASAP: A tooth abscess won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. Dentist will treat a tooth abscess by draining it and getting rid of the infection. Rec. See your dentist ASAP.
