It very well may be: Some women have very light periods, even just wipe bleeding. Many would consider any bleeding at all to be normal. But it would be worth discussing with your doctor. This small amount of bleeding is close to being "amennorhea" or the absence of menses which can be caused by hormonal imbalances, excess prolactin (a pituitary hormone), etc. An evaluation is warranted.
