Yes: Having history of dvt does increase risk of additional dvt.

Sadly yes: yes dot recurrence is possible. Is your lower leg or foot swollen? Are you still on any blood thinners/anticoagulants? Because of your history you should be examined and have a Doppler study of that leg ASAP
