See a doctor: Swollen lymph nodes that last a long time deserve a trip to the doctor. Sometimes it could be nothing more than enlarged nodes from a past infection that is gone to more serious disease. You need to start with a primary care doctor and see what he or she thinks after doing a physical exam.
