Hi , about 2 weeks ago i went in for an ultrasound thinking i was 7 weeks than sonographer goes im under 5 weeks the sac measured at 7mm, rebo?

Yes: If your cycle is not 28 days, if you're dates are off, if you ovulated later than you thought - all this can lead to a difference in dates. If under 5 weeks, you should repeat in about 10-14 days.
