My ultrasound on july 22nd is measuring at 6w5d gestational at 0.74 cm. what is the absolute earliest i could have concieved? and how accurate is this

Date of conception: By your ultrasound dates your probable date of conception would be 6/24 ( your date of ovulation) this could be the result of sex a couple of days earlier or later and the margin of error in ultrasound dating is 8% or 3.76 days at 6w5d (47 days). Hope this helps.
