Could be depression: ...Or are you exhausted/burned out? The first thing I noticed is that you work 60 hours/week. How long have you been working this much? Depending on the type of work, stress, etc, this may be too much. There is a concept of work/life balance that suggests optimal wellbeing requires making time for other activities, including social, physical, and emotional wellness. I might suggest starting here.

Possibly: Those are symptoms of depression. Are you having any sleep and/or appetite disturbances? Any thoughts of death? 60 hours a week of work is also a lot and fatigue could easily result from that. Get yourself evaluated by a mental health professional who can help you distinguish the issues.

DEPRESSION: Get an evaluation from a psychiatrist to help identify what depression means to you and whatever else may be bothering you. Consider recommendations for medication if any are given. Get a referral for a reputable psychotherapist to speak with. Meds and therapy combined are most optimal; no just one or the other.
