Decongestant: Such as Pseudoephedrine (behind pharmacy counter, nonprescription) or nasal spray (like afrin) often help. Steam vaporizer with Vicks in it can help. Also need to determine what caused it--if a cold, will resolve. If allergies, need longer-term answer to symptoms.
