My red blood count was 5.11 on my blood work and it says high bcuz the highest the lab allowed was 5.10 should i be worried? vitamin d was also 27

Not to worry: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, RBC count of 5.11 is not to be concerned about. You may take 2000 units of vitamin D3 daily to improve your vit D level.
