Urine : A urine test lake can't rule out a STD. A special test with local swab is needed to rule out STD. You should get another opinion and tested if you have had unprotected sex. Suggest practice safe sex.

Hi doc,frequent urination but no pain during urination,bladder discomfort when bladder feels full. Dull ache comes and goes in lower abdomen. Urinalysis,urine culture,blood work,ct scan pelvic/kidney, std panel all negative. What could it be? Thanks?
