Probably not: Generally, small amounts of blood with stool occurring occasionally for years in a 25 year old person is likely from internal hemorrhoids that are bleeding, more so if it occurs mainly with constipation and the blood appears mainly in the water or on the toilet paper and not covering the stool. If there has been a change in your bowel habits or the amount of bleeding see your physician.
