?IBS: Irritable bowel syndrome is truly a diagnosis of exclusion and once everything else is ruled out, can be made. Possibly you have this condition. See your GI and ask if they think you have ibs. Decreasing stress, starting to really concentrate on your diet, avoiding any trigger foods, and increasing fiber can help, and there are some medications that can help as ell, best wishes.

IBS: Irritable bowel syndrome would be on of the differential diagnosis from the symptoms that you describe. Especially with the procedures and tests that you have had done, which have come back normal. A gastroenterologist may be able to help you along the way in your journey towards finding out what is causing your ailment. Diagnosis of ibs is based on symptom criteria.

Maybe, but...: Before you try ibs medication, ask your doc for a trial of sulfasalazine 500 mg twice daily. If problem resolves, may have mild colitis of small bowel.
