Very small amount of blood on only one stool this morning. been very stressed lately. could this be due to stress i've had this week? very scared

Probably OK: Stress does not cause rectal bleeding directly. What usually happens is that stress alters our oral intake and/or our bowels and then that can cause a hemorrhoid flare up or anal tear caused a fissure. Minor bright red blood with a BM is not unusual but it is always a good idea to have it checked out by a health care provider, especially if it continues.
