A member asked:

I have only two ovaries and one fallopian tube. i would like to know the best way for me to conceive. we have been trying for a year now.. am 36?

Time for consultatn: A better answer would come from an obgyn who knows your history and present health. If you lost one tube, there may be a reason the other does not work well. Testing might give you a clue, and if that is the case, direct implantation after ivf may be your best option. There may be issues with your spouse that deserve a review also.
