Abdominal pain: You think you pulled a muscle. I think a more likely possibility is that you may have a small direct or indirect right inguinal hernia. You can try a provocative maneuver on yourself wherein you lie down in bed and your finger tips over your right groin and do a valsalva maneuver. If you feel a bulge that is it. You should still see a good GI surgeon and let him take a look and ultrasound.
