Red bumps in varying sizes under glute/upper-back thigh. No whitehead on them. Worse in summer, humid climates, & when sweating. How can I calm it?

Rash??: You do not have a picture but your description of it being in moist wet areas makes me think that it could be a candida infection. Not uncommon in young women. You can go see your MD and he can diagnose it, get a culture if necessary, and put you on a topical antibiotic cream.
