I have a pimply/red bump rash on my inner thighs by groin. some have whiteheads/blister appear & peeling skin. mild itch/discomfort. what could be?

Friction: This type of eruption may be due to friction near the groin along with heat and moisture. Start be avoiding the wearing of tight jeans or pants. Wear boxer shorts.Try applying a combination corticosteroid and antiyeast cream like mycolog. See your Physician or a dermatologist if the eruption persists or worsens.
