Vomit stomach pain: May be virus or gastritis with or without H pylori , or pancreatic irritation(virus vs congenital vs alcohol) or gallbladder issues, residual gas . if you can advance to regular diet have normal bowel movements with no blood diarrhea, vomiting pain over next few days ,that is good. if vomiting returns pain recurs that is more significant f/u /w/doc

I have crohns and for the past week I have a slight discomfort in my lower right abdomen. I have also been going to the bathroom a lot less frequently. I still go but it's small pieces and not a lot for the most part. No loss of appetite, fever, vomiting.
