Went to hospital due to sharp pains in lower left abdomen and constant vomiting due to nausea. spent night. they found hints of infection. treatment for 5 days. neck now has pain and tingling and still having constant nausea and low energy. help?

'Hints' of infection is not a finding and either you misinterpreted it or it was not properly explained. Take all the tests done and see your MD and get examined. She/he will find the cause and make you better. Good luck

With no associated diarrhea a simple viral gastroenteritis doesn't seem likely. Diverticulitis of the descending colon would have associated left lower abdominal tenderness. Your sex isn't listed.
