Ive had a hit to my collarbone and ever since then ive got these re-accuring sharp pains and bruising in the inside? what could be causing the pain?

Contusion: How old is the injury? A bone bruise would take up to two weeks for symptoms to resolve. See your physician if pain or tenderness are worsening or if there is obvious deformity at the injured site. An xray would then be ordered.
