do lymph nodes bruise b4 u can feel them?! i have 1 on my chest on the right side, under my collar bone close to my armpit. could something be wrong?

Exam: Best to have an exam by your primary care provider. May not be a lymph node at all. It could be a cyst. Doesn't sound like an emergency to see the doctor, but within a few weeks or so should be OK. Hope this helps!
