Nasal blockage: Greetings. It sounds like you have been using some good medications. I suggest seeing an ENT doctor for a detailed endoscopic exam of your nasal and sinus passages. There could be a chronic infection not being effectively treated by your medication. Possibly a fungal infection. An image of your sinuses may also be recommended such as a CT scan if the ENT thinks it might help resolve your issues.
