Concerning: Changes in moles are concerning and should always be evaluated by a physician. The "ABCDEs" of skin cancer are Asymmetry, irregular Border, Color changes, Diameter (larger than a pencil eraser) and Evolution of the mole (it's changing). Your description raises concern and the moles should be evaluated by a dermatologist.
