See answer + comment: Although not enough information is provided to give you specific advise the following may be helpful: Green stool indicates that your food is moving through your intestines more quickly than usual and not giving your bile a chance to turn the normal brown color. By itself, this is not a sign of a specific illness. Abdominal pain with normal studies may be due to the Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
