Yes, I believe so: Lymph nodes in the neck are usually not palpable unless they are enlarged. So if it is "Large" then it has to be palpable, but we need to know the size and for how long has it been there? Is it getting bigger? if it is more than one inch in size, it needs to be further evaluated (?biopsy) to find the cause especially if it is getting bigger.
