Start with basic...: ...treatment for a skin wound. Wash the area well, apply a topical antibiotic ointment and keep it protected until it heals. You may need to fold the flap back (gently) so that you can clean & dress it properly. If the area becomes painful, infection appears to spread or if you can't fold the flap back, you should seek medical care.

Pimple: AndrewH ~ use alcohol swabs to keep clean and keep it open and dry. It will fall off and wound will heal. thanks

See a dermatologist: How long has the flap been present? A dermatologist can easily remove it. Wounds heal best when kept lubricated. Alcohol interferes with wound healing.
