Depression: I understand your feelings Do not feel helpless. Reflect on what you did wrong, what were the circumstances, what were your needs and feelings at that time Did you express your feelings to close family member, friend or your Pastor? Release your feelings to the universe Make a confession if your conscience asks you. Ask for forgiveness. Forgive yourself. See a Psychiatrist for Therapy, medication

From what you are: describing - you can't let go of what you did wrong. It is causing you obsess and to feel anxious. I can understand how that is depressing. I would encourage you to try cognitive behavioral therapy. Depending on your response to psychotherapy - psychiatric medications might be an option. Take care.
