Good: If you have functional ovaries, tubes and healthy and your partner does not have fertility problems and you have regular sex, there is high chance you will get pregnant. Talk to your gynecologist, who knows you and can give more targeted answer.

Should not be: A problem unless you have some problem with your female organs. With a j pouch however most ob's would recommend a C-section rather than risk damage to the j pouch with vaginal delivery. Discuss this with your OB and suggest they have a colorectal surgeon standing by for your delivery. Good luck on your future surgery and future family expansion.
