See specialist now: Roots don't "regenerate." They do, however, grow and mature. Your child is 3 years overdue for 1st Orthodontic Examination...Orthodontists like seeing patients at age 7 for exam as sometimes early treatment is indicated. See a fully qualified Orthodontic Specialist NOW for initial examination (usually free) for a knowledgable opinion. Waiting too long can adversely affect the prognosis.
