My 12 year old daughter has a grade 1 sprain when will it get healed? and when can she go back to gymnastics should she just wear her brace and go?

Grade 1 sprain: Once the swelling is reduced and she is able to walk, she can slowly return to gymnastics. A brace would be helpful. It may take 3-4 weeks for total recovery.

Healing times vary: Rigorous activity should be limited to allow for optimal healing. The use of a brace may help support an area during activity, but they have their limitations. Consult with your doctor and get their professional advice.
