Not at all: Sorry you're having so much trouble with this. Unfortunately, crannberry juice won't help. Ask about local anesthetic treatments (e.g., lidocaine cream or ointment). Sometimes it's also helpful to sit in a tub or warm water in order to urinate. Hang in there with acyclovir; it should kick in soon. As before, discuss these details with your doctor -- or find an expert in infections or STDs.
