I know that i am pregnant, could yellow sweet smelling urine be a sign of gestational diabetes? i'm only six weeks along.

Maybe: Its a bit early for gestational diabetes and certainly things in your diet can change urine odor as well. If the sweet smell is diabetes related your OB will probably note glucosuria on your next urine dip in the office.
