Overactive bladder: Bothersome lower urinary tract symptoms can have different causes for both women and men. After evaluation by a physician to rule out underlying cause (i.e. Infection), you may have overactive bladder. Symptoms include frequent and urgent urination sometimes associated with leakage. Treatment includes behavioral/diet changes (ie decrease caffeine) and medications. See your physician to discuss.

PCP and urogyn: Consider eval by your pcp to rule out causes such as infection, cystitis, or nephropathy. If those are negative, maybe a consult with urogyn to look at your bladder mechanics (irritable bladder, small bladder, weak muscles).
