Here are some...: Most likely the described bump is a sebaceous gland-related cyst and has been manually fiddled resulting in its internal oozing and exuding. So, stop squeezing it and have a doc take a look for confirmation so to deduce right Dx for right Rx, care, and counseling now and in the future.
