Bit small: height is at 25th percentile, while weight is below 5th percentile for her expected growth, that's not uncommon for an exclusively breastfed infant, trust she is meeting her development milestones and received her immunizations, she definitely needs more calories, formula can help with some cereal, talk to her pediatrician, need to know as well previous measures to compare, she will be fine
