Better tolerated med: ask why the affected does not want to get treatment; if hallucinating, never contradict what they are seeing, hearing or feeling is not real, because their brains are making it all too real for them. You may support them in what they are feeling, but also explain that you do not see or hear the same as they, and there are new meds which can help them understand or fix it. good luck
