None w/o other dx: If the patient has a diagnosis for which medications have been prescribed, they'd continue - otherwise, none as far as I've ever heard. Best!

Confirm with MD: One medication often used for this problem is xyprexa. Let your psychiatrist assess you and help with the medication choice. Clonidine or a benzodiazipine may also be a choice. Your vital signs may dictate the choice of the drug.
