Eat less; & exercise: To help a tummy look flatter, one can do exercises to build very strong abdominal muscles. It will take a lot of work, and will burn off calories. One must not eat more calories than she burns off, or she cannot lose weight. Helpful weight loss foods are natural foods that take time to chew but contain few calories. Examples include carrots, celery, and leafy lettuce (little or no salad dressing).

All fat: All fat burns the same way. There is no specific way to burn the stomach fat. A good healthy diet that respects your body size and a good amount of physical activity will eventually burn your fat. Shoot for about 1 lb per week loss which is 300 calories less intake each day and 30 minutes of vigorous exercise.
